Welcome to the Keep Moving to the End of 2025 Challenge! It’s tough to keep moving when life gets busier or when you’re not in your usual routine or location. I created this card to help you stay motivated to keep moving until the end of the year! This year, you get a Bingo card that has three main challenges:
- Get some purposeful walking in over the next 6 weeks – starting November 26 and running until the end of 2026.
- Do some strength training while you’re busy through the holiday seasons.
- Build a stronger core by using the 6 week Core Challenge video series, or do your own core workouts.

Here’s how this works. You have until Jan 1, 2026 to complete as much of the Bingo card as you want. Every time you complete a row, you can let everyone in the community know, in the WhatsApp group for this challenge (which you can join through a link in the Bingo card), or you can email me. For privacy purposes, I am not sharing the WhatsApp link here. Please download the card and access the link there.
The rules for the three types of challenges:
- For the walks, mark off the squares when you’ve made the choice to walk purposefully. This could be a hike, a walk after a holiday dinner, a walk in the neighborhood with a friend, etc.
- For the strength training – be purposeful about using these squares (there are only 4) when it’s a challenge to get a workout in. So if you have a regular routine of working out twice a week in a class, don’t count those. If you’re away from home or your regular classes aren’t meeting, that would be a good time to use them! I’ve included a link to some 25-32 minute long bodyweight strength workouts that I’ve recorded, but feel free to do whatever workout you want. Here’s the link to those workouts.
- For the Core Challenge – I would love it if you followed along! I’ve created a 6 week long series of 8-10 min long core workouts that get increasingly harder. We’ll be working on building core strength through bird dogs, plank, and side plank. I will be releasing videos for this challenge weekly on my YouTube channel, and you can access those videos here. Do each workout 1 to 3 times per week. However, if you don’t want to join this challenge or can’t access the videos, do your own core workout and mark it off.
- The Middle Square is a FREE SQUARE. However, if you want to get extra credit, do each core challenge video 3 times, color in or mark off one triangle per time you complete the week’s video for the 3rd time, and you’ll get an extra entry into the raffle.
Everyone who completes at least one line of the Bingo card gets entered into a raffle for one of the prizes that is TBD right now but will be revealed soon.
