Get Stoked for 2023 Bingo Challenge

We created this Bingo game for anyone who wants to stay active and try out practices for peace of mind through the busy winter season – a fun challenge to do things that make you feel energized and centered. Invite your friends and family to join in on this challenge. The more the merrier! 

When you Register for FREE, you’ll receive your Bingo card and all of the important links!

Here are the most important things to know.

  1. Our free challenge runs from November 28 to Dec 31, but there is no real time limit. 
  2. When you sign up, you can download the photo or the PDF version of the Bingo card – whichever you think will work best for you.
  3. Each time you complete the following challenges, you cross off one of the squares on the Bingo card.
  • Completed a core workout – any core workout counts. Your own or a Stoking Radiance workout. (4 squares).
  • Completed a stretch or mobility workout – Your own or a Stoking Radiance workout. (3 squares).
  • Completed a strength workout – Your own or one of mine. Your own or a Stoking Radiance workout.   (4 squares).
  • Worked out for my target number of days this week (3 squares). Decide a realistic number of days you think that you’ll be able to work out each week between 1 and 7 days. Then when you hit that number, you can cross this one off! 
  • Went for a longer than usual hike, run, swim, surf, ski, bike ride, walk, etc (4 squares). This is more about intention than actual execution. You might not know exactly how long you usually do one of these activities. The idea is to do this for a bit longer than you think you usually do. Play with it! 
  • Meditated (3 squares).
  • Sat in silence or in a beautiful spot doing nothing (4 squares). 
  1. Each time you complete a line of BINGO, you’ll send me a picture and/or post it on your social media account.
  2. Everyone will win something! Each time you send or post a photo, you’ll be entered into a raffle for an additional prize (TBA). Prizes will be awarded after Jan 7, 2023.

Additional Thoughts and FAQs

Can I share this with my friends and family?

Yes!!! Please share the love and invite other people to join you in completing the Bingo card.

Can I do more than one of these on a single day?

Yes! It’s very possible that you might do a strength, core, and mobility class on the same day. Or you might do a mobility session and a meditation. The card is here as a fun way to help you stay active, so use it to motivate you in whatever way you’d like.

How will you know whether we’re actually doing the work?

I won’t! The card is a tool for you so that your soul and body are energized. I trust that you will use it with that intention.

I’m feeling guilty for not completing the card.

If you find that you’re feeling overwhelmed about it or beating yourself up because you feel like you haven’t done enough, I want you to know that 1) you are not the only one having that thought, and 2) that’s not why this is here! 🙂 Please use it with the intention of keeping things light, enjoying yourself, and staying motivated.
